Please see below some information regarding bookings and cancellations along with my privacy policy. 

BOOKINGS

- You can make a booking via email, text or Facebook Messenger. Please get in touch to enquire about available dates and times and tell me a little bit about your furry friend. 

- Once your booking is confirmed you will receive an email/text message providing you will the confirmation of your appointment. A 10% deposit to secure your booking will be required for new customers.

- I recommend booking at least a week in advance. If you're a regular customer on a schedule, please try and book in another appointment after each collection to save disappointment. 

CANCELLATIONS

- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance.

- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the grooming service charge.

- If you miss your appointment without notifying me, a 100% service charge will apply. A 'no-show' appointment really impacts my business and the services I provide to other pets.

This policy explains how I collect, store, and handle your data in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

• Keep records for business and legal compliance

Your details are only used for the purpose they were collected for — and I’ll never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Under UK GDPR, I rely on the following lawful bases:

• Contract: to deliver the grooming service you’ve requested.
  
• Legal obligation: to maintain records required by law (e.g. tax).

All personal data is stored securely, either on a password-protected device or in a locked file.

Information is only kept for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal requirements. Once no longer needed, it’s securely deleted or destroyed.

• Ask for your information to be deleted (where legally possible)
